We are a well established family run business across the West Midlands doing fascias, soffits and guttering, dry verge end caps and cladding work.

LDF Fascia & Guttering is a family business, and it has stayed one deliberately. When you book us, the two people who quoted the job are the two people who turn up to do it. There is no crew of subcontractors, no call centre, and nobody selling you a roof you do not need.
Between them, Luke and Carl have thirty years of West Midlands rooflines behind them — Victorian terraces in Walsall, post-war semis in Dudley, new-build estates out towards Telford. That experience is mostly useful for one thing: knowing the difference between a roof that needs a repair and a roof somebody wants to sell you a replacement for.

- Single-run gutter repairs and downpipe replacements
- Dry verge and dry ridge systems, mechanically fixed to BS 5534
- Ridge tile re-pointing where the tiles themselves are still sound
- Eaves protection trays fitted under the bottom course of tiles
- UPVC cladding to gables, dormers, porches and full elevations
- Gutter, fascia, soffit and cladding cleaning
- Scaffold or tower access arranged where the job calls for it
